Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple commercial and multifamily renovation projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor job site safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to OSHA and industry regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, including schedule delays, cost overruns, and design issues.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety procedures are met.
  • Ensure that projects align with company goals, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Support business development efforts by fostering client relationships, identifying new and repeat business opportunities, and contributing to sales proposals and project estimates.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily renovations, with a strong focus on both residential and commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Experience in safety compliance (OSHA, fall protection, lifts, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
