    Typical duties will include:
    • Assist Project Managers in the successful execution of construction projects.
    • Perform quantity take-offs to estimate material and labor requirements.
    • Monitor costs and schedules to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
    • Manage project documentation, including site records, change orders, as-built drawings, and QA/QC documentation.
    • Oversee submittals, RFIs, and tracking controls to maintain project efficiency.
    • Support quality control and reporting efforts to uphold high construction standards.
    • Maintain site safety records and assist in monitoring subcontractor performance.

    Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
    • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering/Technology is preferred.
    • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in project management or construction. Internship or summer experience in the field is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computerized project management systems and tools.
    • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

    Schedule:
    • 8 hour shift
    • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm | Monday - Friday

    Work Location:
    • In Person
    • Pendleton, OR, 97801 and surrounding areas
