    RB Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on residential and commercial electrical projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. If you have at least four years of experience in the electrical field and hold a State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician license, we want to hear from you.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
    • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety codes
    • Work with customers to provide electrical solutions that meet their needs
    • Perform wiring, conduit installation, panel upgrades, and service calls
    • Utilize the latest software and tools to complete work efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized job site
    • Train and mentor apprentices as needed
    • Follow all company and industry safety protocols

    Qualifications:
    • State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (required)
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in both residential and commercial electrical work
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Knowledge of the latest NEC electrical codes and regulations
    • Proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must provide your own basic hand tools.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    • Ability to work from heights and operate aerial lifts.
