    Job Overview:

    Final Phase Construction Inc. is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced commercial electrician who is comfortable working independently and traveling for projects. You'll work on high-profile commercial construction projects, including grocery stores and big-box retail locations, ensuring high-quality electrical installations and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial construction projects.
    • Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
    • Manage daily reports and time tracking using company-provided technology.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, codes, and company policies.
    • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project execution.
    • Travel to various job sites across the Western U.S., with assignments lasting up to a week.

    Qualifications:
    • CA General Electrician Certification (Required).
    • 4+ years of experience as a commercial electrician.
    • OSHA-30 certification preferred.
    • Strong technical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience with commercial construction projects, including grocery stores and big-box retail.
    • Proficiency with Android tablets and smartphones (for clocking in/out and reporting).
    • Reliable work vehicle and mileage reimbursement (.70 for mile and paid travel time).
    • Willingness to travel for assignments (per diem provided $50/overnight).
