Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety codes
Work with customers to provide electrical solutions that meet their needs
Perform wiring, conduit installation, panel upgrades, and service calls
Utilize the latest software and tools to complete work efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Train and mentor apprentices as needed
Follow all company and industry safety protocols

Qualifications:

State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (required)
Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in both residential and commercial electrical work
Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Knowledge of the latest NEC electrical codes and regulations
Proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must provide your own basic hand tools.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work from heights and operate aerial lifts.

Full-time position
