Job Overview

StressLess Remodeling is looking for hardworking and dedicated Installers to join our team in Albuquerque, NM! As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing high-quality rubber and stone surfaces for residential and commercial remodeling projects. This is a hands-on position requiring physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install rubber and stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects.
Work on hands and knees for extended periods, ensuring precise and detailed installations.
Lift and transport materials weighing 50+ lbs throughout the workday.
Follow project blueprints and work closely with the team to complete installations efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Learn and develop skills with the goal of becoming a Crew Lead.
Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, concrete finishing, or a related field.
Prior experience leading a team is a plus, but not required-growth opportunities available!
Handyman-type skills, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working on knees for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques quickly.
Experience in rubber installation is a plus, but not required-training provided!

Work Schedule

Full-time position
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
