    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct comprehensive pest and wildlife inspections for residential and commercial properties
    • Identify and implement effective pest management solutions, including trapping, baiting, monitoring and exclusion methods
    • Provide humane wildlife removal and prevention services, following all local and state regulations
    • Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and recommend additional services when needed
    • Safely handle and apply pesticides, rodenticides, and other treatments in compliance with safety regulations
    • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all jobs performed
    • Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites and ensure proper equipment maintenance
    • Continue professional development through training and manufacturer certifications

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in pest control or wildlife removal preferred
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong critical thinking skills to assess pest and wildlife issues and determine the best course of action
    • Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
    • Willingness to follow all OSHA, fall protection, and safety protocols
    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces like roofs, attics and crawl spaces
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own auto
    • Willingness to obtain any necessary pest control or wildlife management licenses (we pay for license testing)
