    Job Overview

    StressLess Remodeling is looking for a highly personable and organized Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you love engaging with people, have strong multitasking skills, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team! You'll handle calls, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks while providing an exceptional customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Schedule and manage appointments for sales representatives.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing client communication.
    • Transfer calls to the appropriate department as needed.
    • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

    Qualifications
    • Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys engaging with people.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to efficiently manage schedules and set appointments.
    • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a similar role preferred.
    • Proficient in using phone systems and basic office software.

    Work Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
    • Every other Saturday required.

    Work Location:
    • In-office position at StressLess Remodeling.
