    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
    • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
    • Assist in hardscape installations such as patios, retaining walls, and walkways
    • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site
    • Work efficiently in various weather conditions
    • Maintain a clean and organized job site
    • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management
    • Participate in training to develop new skills and advance within the company

    Qualifications
    • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
    • Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks - some outdoor experience is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
    • Valid driver's license required
    • No prior experience needed; training is available for the right candidate.
