    Key Responsibilities
    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues in commercial HVAC equipment.
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute repairs accurately.
    • Work with building automation systems (BAS) to optimize HVAC performance.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, and manufacturer standards).
    • Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear recommendations for service and repairs.
    • Keep detailed service records, complete work orders, and document all job-related activities.
    • Participate in manufacturer and safety training to stay up to date with industry advancements.
    • Travel as needed for out-of-town projects (per diem provided).

    Qualifications
    • Valid State Journeyman or Masters HVAC License Required.
    • Five or more years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
    • Strong expertise in commercial systems, including chillers, VRFs, and building automation.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
    • EPA Universal Certification.
    • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Work Schedule
    • Full-time position
    • Monday - Friday with occasional overtime and travel as needed

    Work Location
    • Based out of Glen Allen, VA with travel to commercial job sites as required
