If you have experience in decorative concrete, stamping, staining, and finishing, or if you've worked in a similar field and are eager to learn our way of doing things, this is a phenomenal opportunity to expand your skill set. We specialize in high-end residential hardscape projects, creating custom outdoor living spaces that our clients love.

    As a Decorative Concrete Laborer, you'll be responsible for installing, finishing, and enhancing decorative concrete projects while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, pour, and finish decorative concrete surfaces, including stamped, stained, and polished concrete.
    • Set up forms, reinforcement, and layouts according to project specifications.
    • Apply staining, sealing, and surface treatments to enhance the final look of concrete projects.
    • Work with clients and project managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to concrete mixing, setting, or finishing.
    • Assist in other hardscape construction tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in decorative concrete, stamped concrete, or similar roles preferred.
    • Ability to mix, pour, level, and finish concrete to high standards.
    • Familiarity with staining, sealing, and other concrete enhancement techniques.
    • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
    • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
    • Willingness to travel for projects (with per diem provided).
    • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow!

    Work Schedule:
    • Full-Time, Monday - Friday
    • Occasional weekend work may be required for project deadlines.
