    Job Overview:

    Affordable Fixes Heating Cooling Plumbing is looking for a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team! We specialize in residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services and are seeking someone with experience in a similar role. While we value prior experience, we are also willing to train on our processes and techniques. This is an urgent hiring opportunity, and we are looking to fill this position within the next 30 days!

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems
    • Perform maintenance and service for plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
    • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating solutions to clients
    • Ensure all work meets company and industry safety standards
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
    • Keep company vehicles and tools clean and in working order
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a plumbing service technician role or a similar field
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
    • No specific license required, but certifications are a plus
    • Preferred if you have your own basic hand tools - if not, the company will provide them

    Schedule:
    • Full-time
    • Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call rotating Saturday shifts once a month or weekend shifts as needed
