    As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist Project Managers & Superintendents in scheduling, progress tracking, and quality control.
    • Maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
    • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
    • Issue requests for proposals and manage subcontractor bids.
    • Coordinate and lead subcontractor meetings and site walk-throughs.
    • Assist in safety monitoring and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Work closely with project teams to solve construction challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience as a Project Engineer through past employment, internships, or formal construction management training.
    • Construction Management or related degree from a 4-year university preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
    • Prior experience on multi-level structures is a plus.
