    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation and lighting systems
    • Dig trenches and lay piping for sprinkler systems
    • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
    • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed
    • Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment
    • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines on job sites
    • Support skilled irrigation technicians and learn the trade through hands-on experience

    Qualifications:
    • No prior experience required - training provided!
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., digging, bending, and standing for long periods
    • Dependability and punctuality - must be able to arrive on time and work consistently
    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions
