In this role, you will play a pivotal part in estimating costs, preparing bids, and conducting in-depth research to help our clients bring unique, complex designs to life.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct detailed research to develop cost estimates and project proposals for commercial water features.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Prepare accurate bids, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and client requirements to identify key cost factors.
    • Assist in developing budgets and schedules to support project delivery.
    • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
    • Provide insights into industry trends and innovative materials to enhance project outcomes.
    • Participate in project site visits to gather data and ensure alignment with estimates.
    • Stay organized and proactive in meeting tight deadlines for proposals and bids.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in a similar role or industry preferred (estimating, commercial construction, or water features).
    • Strong research and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Comfort with learning new software and estimating tools.
    • A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a specialized field.
